QuantumCT Welcomes Global Technology Leaders for Industry Collaboration Forum

Global technology leaders NVIDIA and Quantinuum joined New Haven-based innovator Quantum Circuits, Inc., state officials, academic researchers, and industry partners in downtown New Haven for an Industry Collaboration Forum — all with one shared goal: accelerating the real-world adoption of next-generation technologies.

The forum brought together approximately 100 attendees, including executives from Pfizer, RTX Technology Research Center, Travelers, and leading academic researchers from Yale University and the University of Connecticut, reflecting broad cross-sector interest in quantum’s transformative potential for industry.

“This forum was more about people and partnerships,” said Albert Green, President and CEO of QuantumCT. “When you connect researchers, industry and public leaders around shared challenges, that’s when innovation happens. Industry partnerships give great ideas room to grow, and QuantumCT is committed to creating the environment where that growth can thrive.”

The event featured a high-level Quantum Technology Panel with leaders from NVIDIA, Quantinuum, and Quantum Circuits Inc., who discussed the emerging role of quantum-classical hybrid computing, early commercial use-cases, and the value of collaborative pathways for accelerating adoption. Throughout the afternoon, multidisciplinary teams from industry and academia worked together in ideation and pilot project sessions, developing early concepts for quantum-enhanced solutions.

“We are proud to support an ecosystem where academic research, industry needs, and state resources align to accelerate next-generation technologies like quantum,” said Daniel O’Keefe, Commissioner of the Department of Economic and Community Development. “These convenings demonstrate the power of collaboration in strengthening Connecticut’s competitive edge.”

Connecticut’s deep strengths in aerospace, life sciences, pharma, and advanced manufacturing are positioning the state as an ideal proving ground for quantum innovation, and the forum reinforced the strategic role of QuantumCT in helping companies transition emerging technologies from concept to capability.
